PURPOSE AND STORAGE OF DATA
3. The provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services, handling applications and responding to inquiries;
4. Categories of personal data include, among others: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, data dedicated to the process/service/project;
5. The user’s personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator: IT service provider;
6. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the legally justified interest of the administrator, unless the user objects to the processing of data;
7. User data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization;

USER RIGHTS
8. The user has the right to access their data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data and raise objections. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
9. The personal data protection authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The user has the right to submit a complaint to the above-mentioned. the supervisory authority when it considers that the processing of the User’s personal data violates the provisions of:– the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000);
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws EU No. 119, page 1);
10. The data provided by the User will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling;
11. The data comes from the data subjects. and the User’s provision of personal data is voluntary.
